The Law On the Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notarial System" entered into Force
The Law on the Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notarial System" concerning the authorities on the scrutinizing of the Notarial actions by the officials of the local self-governing bodies entered into force (1054VI).
On the 3rd of the March of the current year the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notarial System" concerning the authorities on the scrutinizing of the Notarial actions by the officials of the local self-governing bodies. Authors of the Law are People´s Deputies Mykola Tomenko and Sergiy Mishchenko.
The Law returns the authorities to the officials of the local self-governing bodies to commend the notarial actions envisaged by the laws in the living places where there are no notaries public. The Law facilitates the increase of the accessibility level of the notarial service and the decrease of the citizens expenses for the civil-juridical relations.
According to the Law, the authorized persons of the local self-governing bodies have the right to take measures concerning the protection of the parental estate, certify the last will, certify the fidelity of the documents copies etc.
